It's easy to see why more guys are making Phi Delt their #1 choice fraternity at UCF.

 

Phi Delt offers the total package when it comes to Greek Life -- a one of a kind combination of brotherhood, athletics, a chapter house, leadership, and a history at UCF no other group can claim.

 

With almost 30 years on campus, we're one of UCF's oldest fraternities. In all that time, we've never been in trouble for hazing a pledge -- because we ban hazing outright.

 

We also understand your G.P.A is important to you, so we promise pledging won't mess up your grades. 

 

Phi Delts say pledging is one of the best times of their lives. Our pledges can participate in fraternity parties, socials with top sororities, IM Sports teams, have access to our house with a jacuzzi, basketball court and big screen TV's.

 

Phi Delt also grooms its pledges for campus leadership opportunities, including paid Student Government positions, and honors like Homecoming King Phi Delts have achieved.

 

Our nearly 30 years worth of alumni are there to hook you up with an internship, or a high paying job when you graduate.

Did you know most UCF fraternities don't have a house?

In addition to an amazing brotherhood and life-long friendships, Phi Delt offers the total package by having a true fraternity house across the street from UCF.

We've had it for years, and plan to keep our property for good. But because of Phi Delt's long history at UCF, we may soon be awarded one of the vacant on-campus houses, too.

 

That would make Phi Delt the only UCF fraternity with two houses.

 

Because of our off campus house, we get perks like being able to walk to area restaurants and nightlife attractions -- and we're even allowed to have a Jacuzzi in our backyard! 

(And yes, we're the only fraternity with a hot tub.)

 

We also have a basketball court, two big screen TV's, a pool table, and deck to grill out.

 

Our house is also a quick walk to campus and the new football stadium.
